Really interesting summary of how bands end, and thanks for introducing me to Crucified Barbara. I watched the Mia Carlsson interview, really interesting on the rock grind and burnout.
Thanks Ellen! I don't know if you got to the stories embedded here, but this one has a self-explanatory title: https://zapatosjam.substack.com/p/stupid-crap-female-rock-musicians Tying back to your series, one of the interesting things about Crucified Barbara is that they protested things indirectly, with ironic humor and sarcasm (like "I Sell My Kids for Rock and Roll".) Sometimes it's lost on the audiences...
They toured with us in the States. Clara the guitarist was the nicest one. Some less so.
I'd love to hear some road stories, as well as see clips of your performances!

Love that humor and sarcasm! It's so great that they've dealt with it in that way. Hats off to them.
Damn right. I am trying to figure out a way to see them on their reunion tour. They're only touring Europe as far as I know.
