I really enjoyed her interview and listening to her play. Now I can’t get the Mission Impossible theme or The Beat Goes On out of my head. She ROCKS!!!

Thanks for checking this out, and I'm happy you enjoyed it so much. The thing about great theme songs is they are hooky as hell. The MI theme song made me want to become a spy!

Very special, Charles! Needless to say, thanks again for your thoughtfulness and generosity, but may I add due props for this step up....you coulda stopped with your previous peeks at Carol's work, but to recognize and focus on the soundtrack segment of her career was next-level! For that alone, take a bow...and, of course, for the wonderful pulling it all together in a clear and fun way!👏

Brad, it's always fun to learn and explore. And it was also nostalgic to revisit bits of our childhood soundtrack. Carol Kaye herself is as proud of her TV and Movie work as she is of her rock and pop work, and rightly so. Thanks again for the prompt!

Carol has every right to be incredibly proud of ALL her work! If she's never actually written a song, creating her hallmark licks and creative hooks are no less impressive than having composed x number of hit songs!

You're most welcome, Charles....I'm glad I helped inspire what I think is your best work yet!
