Did you write about Heilung and Otyken both before? I know I've listened to Heilung before and thought I discovered them from you, and maybe the same with Otyken. They are both fantastic. I want to say it was Heilung I saw perform in concert in a clip on YouTube last year. If they ever come out here for a concert -- let me know!
Thanks Steve! Yes, I wrote about both Heilung and Otyken before. I've written several pieces on genre-crossing artists (folk-rock, folk-metal, etc.) and they both featured in those. Heilung toured last year but the closest I think they came to being here was Red Rocks in Colorado. Yes, if I learn of another tour you will hear from me!
